Lady Gaga Calls A Fan at the Air Canada Centre on July 11th

Wow how unique
This cleans up two things that I never knew/cared about Lady Gaga
1) She knows what pot(pardon me, marijuana) is and isn't comfortable with it being smoked while she is performing(sorry Gaga, but do you really think that everyone who listens to your music, or watches it live does it sober??)
2) Her phone is not the same phone as mine
By the way, this is not my vid, I just found this on Youtube, in my infinite boredom on summer vacation. I would like to see Lady Gaga in concert though, and I'm hoping to maybe in March if I can get tickets. But regardless of all this, I didn't know she could be so generous as to give a fan the benefit of meeting her. That's pretty rare for someone of her standing, considering even if you buy her VIP package for(I think) $550, you still don't get to meet her. I guess money can't buy everything(which still doesn't explain the weird outfits that she buys, I mean really, who would put money/time into an outfit that you will only wear once. I'll tell you who: Lady Gaga!!) Anywhom, good job for Gaga for getting her better seats.

This brings up a third question:
3) How did Lady Gaga get that girls number?
Did she have her on speed-dial? Did she type in random numbers, hoping that it would be someones in the crowd? Was it a pre-arranged meeting? Does Gaga memorise the phone numbers of every city while on tour? Did the girl shout the number out and Gaga hear her, over the crowd of voices? Did Beyonce give it to Gaga?

UPDATE: After replaying this video a couple of time I noticed that the sounds on her phone sound like the intro to Bad Romance(da-da-dadadada). I dunno if that means anything, cause then she starts into "Telephone"(ironically). Whatever, this articale went way longer then I thought it would.
